Session 3: Highly Effective Communication with NLP - “They won’t listen and do what I say!”
Being able to communicate effectively is an important asset. It can create superb rapport with colleagues and customers alike, increase productivity and help you achieve and contribute towards your success and progression as well as theirs. So, why wouldn’t you want to be a better communicator?
It incorporates tools and ideas used in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) that makes a real difference to enhance and equip the Secretaries with the communication skills to effectively deal with their colleagues - especially with tough and difficult employees or seniors. By understanding how to read others accurately and calibrate their preference for the use of their senses, one is able to communicate in a way to accurately meet the needs of the listeners. And by using different frames that shifts thinking processes, one can influence others to resolve problems much easier at the workplace.

Dr Dass comes with 30 years of HR, Learning and Development corporate work and training experience. Early in his career, Dr Dass worked for SMEs’ and MNC before setting up his own human resource and training practice. He worked as a HR Manager in a leading Real Estate Agency with a work force of about 500, before he moved on to Electrolux Group, as their Training Manager at the Electrolux Business School. He ran supervisory, executive and management development programs at the Electrolux Business School. Dr Dass also has served at leading private and public universities including institutions from Australia, UK, USA and France, who are affiliated with local universities. Some modules taught by him, includes, Change Management, Leadership, Human Resource Management, Adult and Continuing Education.
Backed with a First Class Honours degree, Anusia was handpicked by Malaysia’s largest Telecommunication Company to be part of a Management Graduate Programme for young outstanding Malaysian graduates with high potential to rise to and succeed in senior leadership. Anusia regularly invited as speaker by SME Corp and top branding associations in Malaysia to share her knowledge on SMEs, businesses and entrepreneurships. Daniel is an International Master NLP Trainer who comes with more than 30 years experience in the corporate world; out of which, 19 years has been spent on coaching and training: on Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Coaching & Negotiation skills, Sales, Management & Leadership Skills, Course Consulting, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Sub-conscious learning skills. And in the process, continually coaching and motivating all his the coaches, mentees, staff and associates to learn, grow and expand their personal paradigms and horizons.
