With a pedigree that spans leadership in change management and learning & development roles, Sulaiman ledIrshad Consulting Sdn Bhd from 2001 to 2005. His most recent endeavour was as Head of HR/Internal Consultant for Labuan FSA, navigating intricate human capital projects.
