Overview
This training focuses on Key Performance Indicators, also known as KPI or Key Success Indicators (KSI), help an organization define and measure progress toward organizational goals.
Once an organization has analyzed its mission, identified all its stakeholders, and defined its goals, it needs a way to measure progress toward those goals. Key Performance Indicators are those measurements.

B.A. (Hons) in Jurisprudence, University of Oxford, UK
Shah Salleh is a corporate trainer, consultant and writer. He holds a degree in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford. He is also an HRD Corp certified trainer.
Shah has more than 25 years’ experience in the corporate world. He has served companies in various industries including education, holding companies, financial institution, media, FMCG, oil & gas, manufacturing, and ICT.
He has mainly focused on human resources, which includes training, leadership and talent development, process improvement and project management. He has hold positions in all facets of Human Resources including business partnering, recruitment, industrial relations, compensation and benefit and training. He has led human resources department, including leading the HR functions for 7 countries.
Shah has been training since his corporate days as an internal trainer in areas within and outside of the human resources space. Since 2019, Shah has expanded his training experience in areas such as communications skills, leadership, writing skills and managerial skills.
Shah has trained in classroom and online. He has also trained the public and private sector. He has trained hundreds of participants that include Jabatan Pertanian Malaysia, Malaysian Bioeconomy Developmental Corporation, Institut Penyelidikan Pembangunan Belia Malaysia (IYRES), Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri, Malaysian Palm Oil Green Conservation Fund (MPOGCF) and Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad (SPNB).
Among his participants, Shah is known as a dynamic and knowledgeable facilitator. He is able to deliver the training content in an exciting manner. He is able to combine soft skills concepts with real life requirements for those on the job.
When he is not on the corporate training circuit, Shah consults on business processes, human resources and industrial relations. Shah is a certified trainer with PSMB /HRDC.
