Payment Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all visitors and users of iTrainingExpert.com — please read carefully before registering for any program.
These terms and conditions may be changed, moved, or deleted following new policies as required at any time. Any violation of these terms and conditions may result in immediate action against the offender(s).
Unless otherwise noted, all written materials, recordings, and illustrated designs on this site are the intellectual property of iTrainingExpert Global PLT and its affiliates. Any duplication or reproduction without management approval shall result in legal action.
All comments and feedback may be submitted to info@itrainingexpert.com or itrainingexpert@gmail.com. Users agree that no content submitted will violate the rights of any third party, nor contain unlawful, abusive, or obscene content. Users bear full responsibility for the content of their comments.
The visible appearance of all products cannot be guaranteed to be identical on every user's device, as this depends on the device being used to view the site. Dimensions may differ.
iTrainingExpert shall confirm all registrations by one (1) week before the commencement of the program. Clients can register online through the website or submit a signed, stamped and scanned Registration Form via email. Reservations by telephone will not be accepted.
Clients are strongly advised to contact us before making any air travel or accommodation arrangements. iTrainingExpert shall not be liable for any costs arising from failure to confirm arrangements with us prior to booking.
An invoice will be emailed upon acceptance. Full payment is expected before commencement of the course. We reserve the right to refuse admission for unpaid registrations. A Letter of Undertaking may be acceptable with prior notice and consent.
Once a registration is confirmed, a client may cancel at any time. Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
Course cancelled by organizer, OR cancellation made 14 or more days prior to the training date.
Cancellation between 7–14 working days before training date. Credit card refunds deducted 4% for payment gateway surcharge.
No refund if cancellation is less than 7 working days prior to training, or if absent on the day without prior notice to iTrainingExpert. All cancellations must be submitted via email to info@itrainingexpert.com or itrainingexpert@gmail.com. Late payment is subject to 1.5% interest per month on daily rest.
- 1If claiming SBL-KHAS, client must submit the HRD Corp grant approval and application number no less than one (1) working day before training starts.
- 2If the client fails to apply or the HRD Corp claim is rejected, all training fees are wholly borne by the client's company.
- 3Client agrees to undertake full payment of training fees together with any overdue late interest payments.
- 4All HRD Corp documents (T3 and JD Form) must be stamped, signed and returned to the organiser immediately after the course ends.
- 5If signed T3 and JD forms are not provided within 3 days, an additional charge of 1.5% applies to training fees.
- 6Once all HRD Corp documents are received, delegates will receive the Admission Letter to the training event.
Personal data is gathered in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Act 709). No personal information will be used, sold, or shared with unauthorised parties. All client data is processed and protected in strict compliance with Malaysian law. All names, addresses, emails, payment and personal information will not be shared with third parties without explicit approval from clients.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any program or course. In the event of cancellation by the organizer, a full refund will be issued or applied as credit toward a rescheduled program. iTrainingExpert cannot assume responsibility for non-refundable travel or accommodation costs arising from such changes. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless iTrainingExpert Global PLT, its affiliates, directors and employees from all claims, liabilities, damages and expenses arising from:
- aAny breach of these Terms and Conditions by the client.
- bAny violation of applicable laws or regulations by the client.
- cAny claim that the client's use of our services infringes intellectual property rights of a third party.
- dAny negligent or wrongful act by the client or its agents in connection with our services.
If you have made a purchase, we may occasionally update you on promotions and offers via email or messaging. You may opt out at any time via 'Your Account' on the website or by clicking 'unsubscribe' in any email we send.
A cookie is a small information file stored on your device to improve your browsing experience and save your login details. You may change cookie settings in your browser at any time.
Our site may contain links to websites of partner networks, advertisers and other third parties. These websites have their own privacy policies and we do not accept responsibility for them. Please check these policies before submitting any personal data to those websites.
- 1In the event that iTrainingExpert Global PLT sells or buys any business or assets.
- 2If iTrainingExpert or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party — personal data may be one of the transferred assets.
- 3If we are under a duty to disclose data to comply with any legal obligation, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers or others.
