Leadership & Management
Generate new business from corporate, government & international markets
Build relationships with HR, L&D, Procurement and Management teams
Conduct client meetings, training needs analysis and presentations
Prepare proposals, quotations and training recommendations
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to completion
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Maintain follow-up with existing and prospective clients
Identify partnership and strategic collaboration opportunities
Plan and coordinate corporate trainings, conferences and workshops
Manage trainers, venues, delegates, vendors and timelines
Deliver projects within budget and to client expectations
Prepare project and post-event reports
Handle multiple projects while maintaining service quality
Promote programs via online and offline channels
Create content on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
Utilize AI tools for productivity and content creation
Conduct market research and identify training trends
Lead and support team members when required
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with SOPs
Prepare monthly activity reports and business forecasts
Position 2 — 2 Vacancies
Customer Success & Sales Operations Executive
Customer Service, Training Coordination & Administrative Operations
Full/ Part-Time Contract Available Asia & Middle East
Key Responsibilities
Manage enquiries via phone, email, website and social media
Follow up on registrations, quotations, invoices and payments on company's global CRM.
Prepare quotations, invoices, proposals, certificates and reports
Coordinate schedules with trainers, venues, clients and participants
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the journey
Assist in maintaining company databases and records
Support online, virtual and physical training events
Utilize AI tools to improve efficiency, communication & data analysis
Prepare presentations, reports and documentation as assigned
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Position 3 — 5 Vacancies
Training & Event Coordinator Assistant
Part-Time on Weekdays in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Australia, Middle East, Thailand, Brunei, United Kingdom, Europe.
Job Scope
Schedule
Manage registration and participant attendance
Coordinate with hotels, venues, trainers and participants
Ensure training events run smoothly
Assist trainers and participants during sessions
Prepare attendance records and event documentation
Take photos and videos for social media and marketing
Assist with event setup and logistical arrangements
Update reports on company's global CRM system

2 Consecutive Weekdays per Assignment 8:00am – 6:00pm
Basic Requirements (All Positions)
- 1Diploma or Degree holders preferred. Relevant experience will be considered.
- 2Possess own transport
- 3Willing to travel within the country when required.
- 5Good written and spoken English.
- 6Able to communicate effectively in other languages such as Malay, Chinese, Arabic, Indonesian would be added advantages
- 7Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- 8Active social media user — LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube.
- 9Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude Microsoft Copilot, Gemini or equivalent or any latest AI
- 10Good communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
- 11Responsible, accountable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- 12Customer-focused, positive attitude and willing to learn.
- 13High integrity and professional work ethics.

We are continuously seeking experienced trainers, speakers, consultants and industry practitioners to join our international trainer network.
Minimum 10 years of industry experience and proven corporate training experience required.
