This notice explains how ITRAININGEXPERT GLOBAL PLT ("we", "us", "our") processes and protects your personal data. It applies to any person whose personal data is processed by or on behalf of iTrainingExpert.

The personal data processed may include your name, designation, company name, contact details, email address, and any other personal data required for the Purposes set out in clause 3 below.

iTrainingExpert may use your personal data for the following Purposes:
- To process your registration for training events and conferences, including attendance lists, invoices, official receipts and certificates of attendance.
- To communicate event confirmations and related matters.
- To notify you of any changes to training events that may affect you.
- To mail official receipts and certificates of attendance.
- To respond to your enquiries or complaints.
- Such other administrative purposes relating to the above.

Your personal data is collected from various sources — information you provide us directly, information from third parties, and information in the public domain.

Your personal data may be disclosed:
i.To our vendor (email address only) for email blasts on behalf of iTrainingExpert — applicable to participants, members, clients and affiliates only.
ii.Where such disclosure is required or authorised by law or by the order of a Court.
Additional Provisions

iTrainingExpert shall retain your personal data for as long as necessary for the fulfilment of the Purposes or for legal compliance. Processing will cease upon receipt of your written withdrawal of consent via the contact details in clause 5.

Unless otherwise specified, providing the requested personal data is obligatory. Failure to do so may prevent us from carrying out the Purposes.

You warrant that your personal data is accurate, complete, not misleading and up-to-date. The onus is on you to notify iTrainingExpert of any changes.

iTrainingExpert reserves the right to update this Personal Data Notice at any time. Changes will be announced on our website and take effect immediately upon notice.
