• What is ChatGPT & how it helps with design content
• Connecting creativity with productivity
  Activity: Explore Canva templates + generate headlines using ChatGPT

Module 2. Designing Graphics with Canva

• Poster layout, dimensions & visual hierarchy
• Using text, shapes, icons & color harmony
• Applying brand colors and design consistency
  Activity: Create a branded graphic using templates & icons

Module 3. Visual Enhancements & Smart Tools

• Using Blur & Brush effects, Background Remover (demo)
• Inserting and styling QR codes
• Canva Codes for collaborative design
  Activity: Design a promo poster with enhanced visuals + QR code

Module 4. Content Creation with AI Tools

• Using Magic Write to generate catchy captions
• Translating text for multilingual audiences
• Using Morph and Magic Switch for layout & size variations
• ChatGPT prompt writing tips for designers
  Activity: Generate multilingual social post content using ChatGPT & Canva AI

Module 5. Canva Extensions, Brand Kit & Bulk Create

• Using extensions like GIPHY, Google Drive, Pexels
• Creating Brand Kit with logos, fonts & color codes
• Auto-creating multiple posters via Bulk Create with CSV
  Activity: Create 3 poster variations using ChatGPT + Canva Bulk Create

Module 6. Create a mini campaign with:

• ChatGPT-generated content
• Canva AI tools
• QR code & scheduling features
  Presentation: Share your poster designs + explain tools used

This hands-on training combines interactive lectures, live demonstrations, and guided exercises using Canva and ChatGPT. Participants will practice creating designs, write effective AI prompts, and receive feedback through group sharing sessions - ensuring practical, results-driven learning.
