Activity: The Art of Dividing a Pumpkin
Participants will employ all the possible ways to divide the pumpkin and should be able to explain their concept.

Brainstorming techniques for generating ideas
Prototyping and testing ideas
Iterative design process
Activity: Paradox Project
Participants will need to design and break secret codes. They will learn to analyse patterns and creatively solve problems by deciphering the codes.

Testing prototypes with real users
Analyzing feedback and making iterations

Activity: Successful Design Thinking In Practice 
Case studies of successful design thinking implementations in different industries (e.g., healthcare, tech, education)
Home Assignment: Participants will requested to bring in 10 issues/problems/innovation ideas that they want to address or implement at the workplace.

DAY TWO
0900 Program Review and Recap

Learnings from Day 1 

0930 Activity: Risk It Participants will learn how to conquer territories and continents while eliminating opponents. The objective of the game is to achieve global domination by capturing and controlling all territories on the game board or by being the last player with armies remaining.
Participants will be encouraged to think critically about long-term planning, adaptability, and decision-making in competitive situations, making it a valuable tool for developing strategic and analytical skills.

Circle of Concern vs Circle of Influence 
Activity: Design Thinking: Empathise and Define 
Participants will revisit issues/problems/innovation ideas that they want to address or implement at the workplace and they will highlight their CoC or CoI and move towards Empathise and Defining.

1400 Module 5:
Capstone Project II Activity Design Thinking: Ideate and Prototype 
Participants will ideate and develop a design solution to the issues/problems/innovation they have selected.

Participants will present their Design Thinking Project for the issues/problems/innovation to their peers and receive feedback

Trainer incorporates technologies learnt from Neuro Associative Conditioning, Neuro Action Technology, and fundamental Neuro Linguistic Programming with Action Learning to create an environment where participants will be fully engaged on both conscious and subconscious levels.

Training is delivered in a highly interactive and experiential way. Concepts and background information are presented through group exercises, discussion, and activities creating an environment that facilitates accelerated learning and application.

She has in her capacity worked with frontliners and support staff on customer service focus and excellence.  Having played a pivotal role in marketing – she knows what stress is and has employed various ways to manage it. She employs tried and tested strategies and has also become an advocate to Managing Mental Health.  She also has researched, designed, and facilitated various other training programs for corporations and NGOs ranging from Marketing oriented to Sales, Coaching, Personal Development, LifeSkills and Interpersonal Skills. 

Dhena has a law degree with a certification as an NLP Practitioner, an NLP Coach & Hypnotherapist, a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, a Design Thinking Coach, a Certified Mini Workshop Series Practitioner, a certified HRDF Trainer, a Law of Attractions Trainer, and a Virtual Learn Caster.  She is much sought for her marketing expertise and creativity besides her passion in Design Thinking and Digital Marketing with its exciting landscape in the current norm.
