Description

Today's job market has become very competitive. As a representative of the organization, how do professionals portray and choose the most suitable candidate for a job? We understand that this is not an easy task. Hence our training program was developed to enable the participants to develop this critical skill. A couple of years ago we had excessive demand but low supply of qualified man power; today the situation is reversed.

This course provides participants with the essential knowledge and skills to conduct effective competency and behavioural-based interviews. By focusing on structured questioning techniques, participants will learn how to evaluate candidates based on key competencies and past behaviours to make informed hiring decisions.

• Conducting effective post-interview debriefs.

Shah Salleh is a corporate trainer, consultant, and writer with over 25 years of cross-industry experience spanning education, holding companies, financial institutions, media, FMCG, oil & gas, manufacturing, and ICT.

Specialising in Human Resources, he has held leadership roles across all facets of HR — from business partnering, recruitment, and industrial relations, to compensation & benefits, talent development, and training — leading HR functions across seven countries. His work integrates strategic HR management with operational efficiency, making him a sought-after facilitator for both government and corporate sectors.
