A MBA degree holder, he has a vast industrial experience in many industries such as semiconductor, automotive, electronics and diversified into People, Operations & Quality Management areas. He is also well-versed in Malaysian Employment Law (both EA55 & IRA67) and has conducted many HR & IR related training to the industries.
