Managing tasks may be straightforward, but managing people is where real leadership is tested.

Balancing different personalities, emotions, and expectations and figuring out how to align them around a set of common goals for your organization can be the toughest parts of a manager’s role. Without the right people management skills, misunderstandings can escalate, morale can drop and team performance suffers. The only way to prevent that from happening is effective people management.

Among other things, it means being a good communicator with a high degree of emotional intelligence and the ability to resolve conflicts. 

This 2-Day People Management Skills program equips managers, supervisors, and team leaders with these practical tools and more to develop the necessary leadership skills needed to turn a group of individuals into a cohesive, high-performing team.

Raising awareness the effect of personal values and attitude at work.
Participants learn about their personal values and those of their team members
Participants learn to respect each other’s values
Participants learn to see how their values align to corporate values

Module 3: The Art of Flexing and Instant Rapport
Participants learn to blend their styles with those of their team
Participants are taught how to build rapport to make important interaction with others meaningful

Raising awareness the effect of leadership styles on communication and influence at work.

Participants brainstorm the styles used by great leaders in their case studies
